The apartment in Modern House is located on the ground floor and can be accessed through a door at the end of the hallway. Suites 8 & 9 are located inside the apartment and share a bathroom.
There is also an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table.
The apartment is ideal as a mother-in-law suite, for nannies, teens, or guests that have a baby or small kids and need a more privacy and quiet space.
