We are committed to providing the highest level of guest service at the our Harbour Island rentals from the moment we first connect until the day our guests’ leave the island.
This Harbour Island rental has a team in Miami and the Bahamas that is dedicated to providing guests with has highest level of service.Our Miami office ensures every detail is taken care of before your arrival in Harbour Island. They process reservations, address any guest’s needs and coordinate their arrival with the Bahamian team. While most of our services are included, we also offer additional optional services for a more tailored experience.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our property manger and his team are considered by our clients as the best on the island.
Our property manager and his team are regarded by our guests as the best on the island. He is on-site every day during their stay, personally welcoming guests upon arrival and escorting them to the dock upon departure. He will ensure guests are familiar with the house and its amenities, making certain their stay is unforgettable.
He oversees the Palmeraie team and ensures that all guest needs are met. His primary goal is to guarantee a seamless stay, starting with a comprehensive prevention program by our maintenance team before arrival. We strive to provide a Harbour Island rental with zero tolerance for issues. While we excel at preventing problems, if any do arise, our team will resolve them promptly.
Please note, our property manager does not act as a concierge and does not handle restaurant or excursion reservations.

MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance team inspects all major equipment daily, identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring the house operates smoothly at the highest level. While our team can handle most repairs, we also collaborate with local contractors who are just a phone call away.
We prioritize prevention as a way of life. Our Miami team plays a key role in quickly sourcing equipment and specialty parts that are unavailable on the island. In most cases, parts can be purchased in Miami and flown to Eleuthera on our corporate plane the same day.

GROUNDSKEEPERS
Our groundskeepers are on-site daily, maintaining and cleaning our lush gardens. They also ensure the pool and Jacuzzi remain in pristine condition, performing regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly throughout your stay.
Each morning, the team prepares the pool deck, setting up lounge chairs with fresh towels. The beach is cleaned and raked early every morning, and the beach lounge chairs are arranged so guests can enjoy the world-famous pink sand beaches.

HOUSEKEEPING
La Palmeraie Bahamas offers daily housekeeping services, allowing our guests to fully relax and enjoy their vacation.
Our dedicated housekeeping team is meticulous, ensuring the house is immaculate upon arrival. They will visit daily to clean all suites, bathrooms, and living areas, maintaining a pristine environment throughout your stay.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
At La Palmeraie Bahamas, we strive to excel in everything we do. If we are unable to assist, we will guide guests to the best local vendors. We receive no compensation for these recommendations; they are made solely based on the positive feedback we’ve received from past guests who have stayed at our rental houses.
