THE GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a thoughtfully designed 300 sq. ft. gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a large shower, ensuring every guest enjoys a space for relaxation and wellness. For entertainment, we include a 400 sq. ft. movie theater outfitted with reclining sofas, providing the perfect spot for a cinematic experience.
In addition, this level offers four well-appointed suites. In the southeast corner, Suite 6 features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, offering both comfort and privacy. Moving closer to the gym at the front of the house, Suite 7 also includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors that open to a charming patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
At the north end, we designed a spacious apartment that includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two additional bedroom suites, Suites 8 and 9. Both of these rooms come with queen beds, ideal for relaxing after a long day.

THE FIRST FLOOR
When you step into the house you will see a spacious, open living area with a wooden cathedral ceiling and picture windows that offer magnificent views over the lush pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. This open gathering area combines several living spaces into one central area.
To the right of the room is the modern kitchen and a second suite that overlooks the ocean. To the left are three more suites : the third suite which also overlooks the ocean and at the front of the house are suites four and five which have private balconies.

THE SECOND FLOOR
The top floor is accessible from the main floor by way of a magnificently designed floating staircase. On this floor you will find a home office and a master suite, the house’s largest bedroom. This spacious suite faces east and has a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. The oversized, freestanding bathtub and separate shower located in the ensuite bathroom also have direct ocean views. The office is located next to the master suite.
